oh sweetie 2004-10-07 | 3:50 p.m. I hate people who use the words "sweetie" or "babe" or even "hun". These people should be hung, drawn and quartered and when I rule the world, they will be. Call me old fashioned but when has it ever been acceptable to call a stranger something as syrupy nasty as "babe"? I daredn't inflict that one on even my closest friends - in fact, you know I don't like you when I start calling you "dear", "honey", "treasure" or any other nasty pet name. I especially hate it when your worst enemy comes up to you, gives you a hug and dares call you "sweetie, darling, how've you BEEN?". Do you care? No, I think not. You have been warned. |
